Funny that you should ask... A friend and I are currently remodelling a location in KSU into a used bookstore/cafe. We should be open by mid to late August. We'll post more about it once we're ready to open! Cheers.
There is Mrs. Kim's English books in Jangsan as well. Not a great selection, but the woman who owns it is really friendly. The hours seem kind of random as well. It's just open when she's there. Here's our review and directions.

There's a used book alley in Bosu-dong (near Jagalchi market). The books are mostly Korean but you can also find some English titles.
In PNU area there are a few used books in English at Libro.
Also you may be interested in a used book swap on the first Wednesday of every month also in PNU district. It's at a bar called Soul Trane.
