Re: Top seven Vegetarian food in Korea

BibimBap - 'sometimes they put beef in it'.

          Mostly served with beef.

Daenchang jjigae "is the pure vegetarian soup."

Often contains whole clams or cooked with the broth of clams or

         other shellfish.

Bokumpbap "is the fried rice with vegetable. There are a variety of bokum bhap, so one has to be careful."

Most of the bokumbap I've eaten contains some sort of chicken, small

         shrimp or beef.

Sun-dubu jjigae 'is a very healthy food with lot of Tofu in it.'

Again, the kimchi found in tofu stew is often prepared with fish paste

        and small anchovies.

Chapchae 'is another type of Korean noodle which is very thin and cooked with vegetables.'

Often includes small thin strips of pork or beef.

Kimchi 'is also healthy and is available in a varieties.'

        See post above.
