i used to have a t-money card and recharged it at a corner convenience store by Kyungsungdae. It's approx. 150 metres straight out from exit 1 of the subway.
i stopped using using it about 9 months ago so i don't know if this info. is up-to-date.
Because my T(transportation)-cards하이패스 are directly connected with my credit accounts. Definitely "Hanaro" type cards 디지털부산카드, 하나로교통카드 can be recharged from an Automated Transportation Machine 충전기계 at most of all subway stations. The problem for me is that those busan transportation system is not yet systematically stable, therefore the name of cards changes by admin by admin. On the other hand, the T-cards are good for express way tolls as well as taxi/bus/subway fees and valid for all over the South Korea.
