So does anyone know what types of fish are safe to eat around here?
I can't seem to find a place that sells wild salmon. And I'm trying to avoid eating farmed salmon.
I've been looking at this
http://www.nrdc.org/health/effects/mercury/walletcard.PDF
but I'm guessing this list is not that relevant outside the US.
Any suggestions?
Re: Safe fish to eat in Korea? (mercury level)
I not sure you can find natural-borned salmon around here
but you can always check out the place such as E-mart or Homeplus or COSTCO
xD
