I'm looking to take CBEs (Credit By Exams) with Texas Tech University to supplement my education. However, I am not able to find a suitable proctor. Unfortunately, my school doesn't offer proctoring either.

Im not sure about American Universities, but British Universities have their tests taken at the British Council, which is in Seoul.
