Regulation has been settled recently that a notary public 공증 shall be exclusively practiced by Law Firms, which are LLC 법무법인 . I do not see any in DongNae area but there are many at GhoJe Metro Station nearby Pusan College of Education. Take a cab from KhoJe St, ask to "take me to a notary office 공증사무소 갑시다." Some other areas are

in SeoMyon, Law Firm SeoMyon LLC 051-808-3450.
They charge 37,500 won each case to get translated and notarized. If you had had any doc already translated, make a graceful deal!
