I recommend the Muay Thai in Namcheon. Maybe still a hike from Centum, but its right next to the subway exit and easy to find. The owner works with you one on one and is very patient as you develop your technique. He's open 11-11 M-F and 2-6 Saturday.

There are a few children, mostly adults, University Students and some training professionally. I usually go about 8 or 9. It's when I have the most energy. Depends which you like better. It's busier at night and the day usually has just a couple people.

Thanks so much for the reply! I am def going to look into this. Are there a lot of children there? Are some times better to go than others?
