has anyone been to Haeshindang, penis park?

I was wondering if anyone has been to the penis park in Haeshindang, (along the east coast).  If so how did you get there?  Bus, train? Is it easier to go straight from Busan or to go to Seoul first and then Samcheok?  Any information about this place is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.  The websites are helpful.  But I still can't find the best way to get there. I dont' think KTX goes that way.  Maybe a bus??
