Man if there were a cure for baldness we'd all know about it and use it.
Toupees for men seem to be perfectly acceptable here based on conversations I've had with my university students over the years.
Try 'hi-mo'....they have a weaving system or something of that like. I'm sure there is a branch near you.

It is costly $600 but when you consider the cost of Rogaine or hair clinics (4-5k here in Korea) its cheap. My wife got it for my on the home shopping channel. The is a Korean site as well.
