The yoga instructors were both trained in classical yoga in the United States. Their class is an integral system, based on the Sivananda asana sequence. The aim of the class is to create a peaceful mind and a practice which extends beyond the class. Therefore, the principles of meditation and mindfulness are both taught and practiced in the class.
Having two teachers, students will get much personal attention. Moreover, though the class will be taught in English, both English and Korean explanations are available to the students. Any student, from the beginner to the advanced, may practice happily in this class.
