Re: Corned Beef
pretty sure they have it at the specialty food shop in shinseggae.  there or www.ezshopkorea.com.  believe they have it at the main asia mart in ssassaang.  now that i come to think of it and am too lazy to delete, the asia mart is the picture in my mind, but the other two are good bets.  if you need directions to the asia mart just check the past forums here

Re: Corned Beef

just checked on ezshop.  they have corned beer and corned beef hash(which you did not mention), but they are both currently out of stock.  if you write them an email or call they are always friendly and will probably tell you when they will be able to get it

Re: Corned Beef
The ezshop mailed a full refund in cash to me today, for they sold out the Ottogi  Cooked Rice with Tuna I had ordered and so on and on.  I am overwhelmed.  I paid by US credits and then got paid by Korean wons.   Now I would suggest to buy fish too at the WWW.EZSHOPKorea.COM!

Re: Corned Beef

You can make your own corned beef by brining some beef brisket.  You can get brisket at most any good butcher shop.  Costco also has large frozen briskets.  Brining takes 7-10 days.  There are several recipes for brining.

I think this is a good recipe to cook your beef.  The baked corned beef is wonderful.

Re: Corned Beef

I had just ordered some delicatessen items to the Costco warehouse in Seoul at ezshopkorea.com this week, and they were perfectly packed and delivered to the management office in my building today.  It only took two and a half days.  For I am too lazy to cook for myself, the ezshop in Korea was awesome.  Delivery charge was only 1 buck each unit, and above all, it really saved my time with no traffic crowd.  I didn't even need any membership fee for shopping such wonderful back home products.  They even accepted my sponsor's foreign credit card online (currently gmarket.com doesn't do that any more).  Thank you, Elmobuzz.

I would highly recommend EzShopKorea.com for meat shopping in Korea.
