My family wants to send me my first "care package" since I moved to Korea.

It will include nothing large, heavy, or perishable.

I don't need it very fast and I don't want them to spend too much money. 

I have heard maybe USPS international flat rate is the way to go, but any recomendations or input would be greatly appreciated.
