The Siracha you're probably referring to (huy fong rooster) is at SSG mart in marine city and shinshegae's mini foreign food mart located at b1.

Some of the Asian markets in Sasang have it as well (I think around ￦7,000). You can also order it on iHerb (along with all sorts of other goodies) for $3.66 - shipping for an entire order of up to 6.5kg is only $4 and usually arrives within 5 days.

Strangely enough, my local TopMart in Minam has a small international food section and the have a good supply of it. I was surprised, but they have kept it stocked for almost a year now.
