I'm preparing to study at Korea Maritime and Ocean University. They offer full-time scholarships but it means you can't work another job. I'm doing an MA in English Literature. Application process is pretty simple. Transcripts, letters of reference, and study plan. I've heard there might be a Korean proficiency test. National Universities are cheaper than private ones.
