Saw the Italy vs England end of game with penalty kicks . Not a big soccer fan but like international world cup , and euro cup games . It seems to me England usually loses in penalty kicks ? is that true ? Why dont they hire a penalty kick coach ? England is the cradle of soccer and soccer coachs but they lose in the fundamentals of pen kicks ?
