Does anybody have any idea why the jobs which I am seeing posted now offer such little or short vacation time? This even seems to be so with the public school positions. They want us to come from our native countries, but yet they do not seem to understand for us to go back there, since it takes so long traveling, we need about a three week stretch for it to be worth.
I'm 29 and I've been in Korea for about 5 years on several e-2 visas. Last year I got married and had a kid so now I'm on the f-2 visa. I've been teaching elementary in hagwons the entire time. I am from the US.
Has anyone seen a place here that carries cleaning wipes? What I mean are those things which usually come in a plastic canister, and are pulled out at the top. If you have never used them, they are great for taking care of heavy dust and smudges. Over the past three days I have been to E-Mart, Homeplus, and Megamart but did not find any. I realize perhaps one of these stores has them but I just did not see it.
I'm thinking of going to the world dj festival in Seoul on 26th - 28th May. However this will be on my way home as my flight out of Seoul is on May 29th. I would need somewhere to store my luggage for around 48 hours, does anyone know anywhere I can do this? I know the lockers at the train stations have time limits, mostly up to 24 hours!
