Koreans only

Is this a way of filtering who applies for the job? Is it that the bosses don't know how to advertise the job in English? Is it that we are in Koreatown and clientele are anticipated to be Korean? Is it that I read into things that I see? Is it that Korean people feel more comfortable around other Koreans in a work environment? Is it because hiring people who don't know the local laws means you can have them work overtime and not pay them for their extra work? Is it that the terms "waiter" and "waitress" have been replaced with the gender-neutral "server" by many in the hospitality business in North America? Is it that it is that it is? Please share your thoughts in the comment box below! I totally bought a shiny new camera that I am going to share with all of you very soon. YAY!
