It's been quite a long time since I've done a YouTube video. I haven't really been inspired to get in front of the camera all winter. But since Spring decided to show up, I have been finding myself rather inspired for multiple projects. I find inspiration everywhere it seems... So why not make a video.

Last weekend I was shopping at our local grocery store, and I found some mangoes on clearance! Yes! In Korea, we have clearance sections in the produce section!!! It's pretty great, I must say.


Needless to say, that shopping trip inspired me to do a "how to" video on cutting mangoes.


I remember being a picky eater once and how I gave every excuse as to why I couldn't try something new. I have also talked to several people who have told me that they could never eat "x" vegetable or "y" fruit because they didn't know how to cut or cook it!!! That was all that was keeping them from enjoying some pretty great health benefits AND great tastes and textures!

If you often find yourself giving this excuse, I hope you find some inspiration in this video to try something new.
