There’s no reason not to go to the National Museum of Korea (국립중앙박물관). It’s free, it’s interesting, and it’s just a short taxi ride away from Itaewon, Seoul.

Hour-long, English-language tours leave from the Great Hall lobby at 10am, 11am and 2pm Tuesday to Friday, and 11am and 2pm weekends - or you could rent an audioguide for 1,000₩.

Wed, Sat: 9:00-21:00
Sun, Holidays: 9:00 - 19:00
* Ticket Booth : Open until 1 hour prior to closing
