Sulbing (설빙) is a dessert cafe chain based in South Korea. They’re everywhere and I love the plentiful ice flake desserts with various toppings. Seasonal toppings such as strawberries or melons are great. Prices are around 10,000-14,000₩, and is definitely a place to bring a friend.
