With the recent wave of global financial groups leaving or downsizing their South Korean presence, government efforts to establish Seoul as one of Asia’s three financial hubs have clearly come up short. However, a mixture of public & private initiatives have put Seoul in the spotlight for its burgeoning startup scene.
