9am TacFit Sit Thru technique practice. amazing excercise for your core,agility,coordination and much more. In the video I am practicig all 4 different sit thru progressions.

9pm Gym Ring muscle up and pistol with kettlebell. did 2R of 1,2,3,4reps ladder program with patner. felt strong in muscleups but stll little bit sore from yesterday.
