Monmarte hill of Busan

Location:

Walking through the seashore is well known for many people with sunshine and cool wind. But you can feel more cool wind and more beautiful scenes in this place. And it also has a particular road; railroad.

Have you heard about Dalmaji road? Dalmaji-road is the alley connecting Haeundae beach to Songjung border. Early in Silla Dynasty, Dongrae spring was discovered and queen Jin-sung visited there. But local officials closed spring because of a flood. In 1870, the spring was discovered again. In 1897, Japanese engaged the spring development. and in 1965, Haeundae beach came up. It took its place for one of the summer cottage colonies.

Dalmaji-hill is called '15 goak-do' because it bends more than 15 times. It constitutes 8km long driving courses. It is registered one of Busan's eight views because looking moon on the Dalmaji-hill and Chungsapo is tasteful. It also represents Haeundae with the blue ocean, a white sand, Dong-back forest, also pine tree forest.

We can walk through seashore or railroad. I chose railroad and walked to Chungsapo for an hour. 'Mipo village' in Mipo railroad is named because it looks like a lying cow. Saeteo village and Chungsapo is the first paleolithic historical site. It is used to apprehend Korea-Japan cultural exchange and culture diffusion path.
If the weather is good, we can see Daema island blurredly.
