Job Description

  • Take responsibility and accountability for the development and implementation of CB Social Media Marketing and Communication strategy.
  • Devise digital channel marketing plan and ensure execution.
  • Work closely with Group, Regional and CB resources to ensure alignment of objectives and activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Social Media Marketing & Communication strategy to drive social media and digital channels from CB business perspective.
  • Establish key metrics and execute timely analysis of the impact of digital and social media.
  • Formulate and implement a multichannel marketing plan aligned with CB business agenda.
  • Work closely with CB Marketing and Alternative Channel to explore new digital approaches.
  • Provide strategic and tactical social media and channels advice to Head of CB and wider team
  • Have a full grasp of issues arising related to SNS and multichannel at all times.
  • Provide inputs on integrating social networking concepts into internal communication channels.
  • Ensure compliance with Group and local media policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of the social networking concepts, digital technology and data intelligence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with professional integrity in order to command respect and credibility in situations involving conflicting interests. (Internal and External)
  • Sound practical and technical knowledge of laws relating to bankers’ rights, corporate finance, security documentation and realization.
  • Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing.
  • An ability and willingness to exercise initiative, make decisions, exercise responsibility and accept accountability for actions taken/decisions made.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to deal with complexity
  • Team player
