It took three hours and cost me 160,000₩ ($145 USD), but I had my first Korean perm (파마)! It cost a bit more because I did a deep conditioning treatment for my hair, as it was pretty badly damaged. I’ve been telling myself that I’m going to be good to my hair for the next few months and stop abusing it with heating units.

Do I prefer my hair this way? Honestly, not really. It is the fashion here in Korea, so I thought I’d give it ago at least once. I look in the mirror and feel like being very 애교 (egyo, cute) though…
