Been to Daegu? Take a survey and win prizes

Author's note: I welcome opportunities for my wonderful readers to win prizes - this comes from a trusted friend and university professor here in Korea. He writes:

One of my colleagues is working with Daegu city on a survey for foreign visitors. Respondents are eligible for prizes, including a free night and dinner at the Daegu Novotel. Thanks for any help you can give, and here is the info:

The Daegu city government is looking for foreigners who have visited Daegu (not Daegu residents, but tourists). Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a drawing for several prizes, the top being a free night’s stay and dinner for two at the downtown Novotel (which is a very nice place). Surveys need to be completed by August 23, and because of a short deadline means fewer people do it, participants have a better than usual chance at winning something.

To fill out the survey, go to http://thetourismcompany.co.kr/ and then click on “Survey” in the upper right hand corner. Download the form (첨부파일 - the link to the document is just below the date), complete it, and return it to the address given on the survey.

Note that the file is in .docx format, not the more common .doc format. If you can't access the .docx format file, try this one I uploaded to Google Docs. It's available to anyone with the link, no password required. Questions aren't overly weird, although you will be asked about food you ate, how much money you spent, any negative experiences you had, etc.
