Well I finally got to play Archeage beta and loved it, so I decided to make a simple cosplay of some artwork I saw a long time ago when I saw Archeage at GStar. Apparently the artwork I saw was old, and they recently changed a lot of things so they don’t wear the purple dresses anymore. Though I’m happy I chose that dress to make, because what they wear now isn’t as eye-grabbing. I bought the fabric for this dress and loooong time ago and finally got around to making it. It only took me a day or two to make it and even less time for Dan to make the staff.  The biggest problem was finding a suitable wig. I actually ended up buying three different wigs until I finally found one that worked out. The other two wigs had too much volume and were overly boyish looking. I now have an over abundance of blonde wigs and I’ve vowed, after finishing Deedlit, that I will stop cosplaying blonde characters altogether for awhile.
