Cafe Luca - located across from the Haeundae District Office – is popular among people who like coffee and photographs.

It offers patrons the chance to browse any of about 1,000 books related to photographs and check out a photo exhibition. Those who sign up to become regular members for 100,000 won per year can participate in photograph seminars and activities and get free coffee. The first floor is mainly for drinking tea and reading books, while the second floor is used as a gallery and lecture room. Coffee prices range from 3,500 won to 5,500 won.
