초밥속으로 is a very small sushi restaurant located in the Oedong/Naeoedong area of Gimhae (near the Hanguk Apartments). Owner and chef Yong-gi (English name 'Brave') has a large menu of some of the most authentic Japanese-style negiri (meat, usually fish, on top of a small ball of rice) and hand rolls one will find in Korea. Yong-gi offers both reasonably-priced (7,000-10,000 won for sets of 12 pieces) meals, including miso soup, ginger, pickled onions and soy sauce, to more expensive plates like the "VIP" for 25,000. 

Most of business here is take-out. However, there is a very small dining room should you want to eat onsite. Yong-gi also speaks decent English and has a good attitude, so a quick meal there might not be such a bad idea.
