My first job was packing Christmas cards into boxes in the middle of a sweltering July heat. The money was small, but it was mine and for a sixteen year old those pennies went a long way towards adventures with friends.

Fast forward thirteen years and I’m completing my third year living 5550 miles away from home in Seoul, Republic of Korea (you can see my observations here). For the past three years I’ve been an English teacher and have been fortunate enough to fall in love.
