Many people agree that Korea is a lovely place to live in the spring and again in the fall, but it is this central part of the year, seeming to grow longer and more brutal by the year, which we must suffer through. 
봄과 가을의 한국은 참으로 살기 아름다운 곳입니다. 하지만 이제 한 해의 중심인 여름, 우리가 버텨내야만 하는 길고 고통스러운 이 계절이 다가왔습니다.

How do you handle it? Escape to gentler climates? Suffer and endure? Or have you become used to it? Have you learned to embrace the heat? 
여러분이 이 계절에 어떻게 대처하고 있는지 궁금합니다. 날씨가 좋은 곳으로 떠나세요? 그저 고통을 참고 인내하는 편인가요? 아니면 이미 이 더위가 익숙해졌나요? 더위를 받아들이는 방법을 터득하셨나요?

“Urban Heat” will explore the environment and how we deal with the broiling heat in the heart of summer. 
“도시의 열기(Urban Heat)”는 우리의 주변을 둘러보면서 우리가 어떻게 한여름의 더위에 대처하는지 얘기해 볼 기회가 될 것입니다.

“덥고 더운 여름의 인체 드로잉 이벤트!”
Jankura Artspace’s life drawing event will take place outside of Gallery Golmok with models in beach fashion gear for an exciting on site drawing event. Easels, drawing boards, paper and drawing material will be available for anyone wishing to join in the fun.
잔쿠라 아트스페이스(Jankura Artspace)가 갤러리 골목 앞에서 해수욕장 패션을 입은 모델과 함께하는 인체 드로잉 세션을 주최합니다. 이 재미난 드로잉 세션에 참여하시는 분들께는 이젤, 드로잉보드, 종이, 그리고 기타 각종 드로잉 도구가 제공됩니다.

Performance artist/dancer Lilith from “Unending” will create a themed performance for the event while Mike Stewart creates a massive live painting.
“Unending”에서 행위예술가이자 댄서로 활약중인 Lilith가 초대되어 테마에 어울리는 행위예술을 선보일 예정이며, 동시에 Mike Stewart가 라이브 페인팅을 통해 이 모든 과정을 화폭에 담을 예정입니다.
