Stay over night at the peaceful temple

 

Calm Meditation

 

발우공양(experience the traditional monastic way to have meals with 4 wooden bowls),

 

Walking meditation along the river

 

Threading 108 단주(threading buddhist beads or making a paper lotus lantern)

 

Dharma talk with a head monk over tea

 

Evening service

-there can be minal changes according to the situation.
