Okay, I'll just literally break down a pretty generalized, optimistic vs bleakest Hakwan cost over a year, first:-
- Hassle- 2 million won for owner of full-time employee(time taken up by extra work caused by full-time worker- worry and extra unseen cost (dinners, visa run, others)
- Recruitment and advertising- 1- 2 million won
- Housing about 7 million without deposit money
- Flights- 2m
- Pensions and health- 1.5m
- Severance 2.3m
- Salary at 2.3= 27m
The total is about 40 m at worst
So let's say at its best it is 35 million
If we work out at 120 hour month- 5x 6 hours x 4 weeks
At best the Hakwan cost is 24 per hour
Worst = 27 per hour
Based on this loose assessment, here are my recommendations:-
less than five hours a week- 40 per class hour
more than five hours a week- 35 per class hour
more than 10 hours a week- 30 per class hour
more than 15 hours a week - 27 per class hour
more than 20 hours a week- 25 per class hour maybe
Wouldn't go lower.
(a class hour is 50 plus 10 minutes of break)
