Aufenthaltsgenehmigung

Hallo Forum,

entschuldigt, wenn ich diese Frage evtl. nochmal stelle und sie wahrscheinlich schon tausende male gestellt wurde. Leider habe ich nach längerer Recherche nichts verwertbares gefunden.

Situation:

Ich hätte ein Angebot für 2 Jahre nach Seoul zu gehen um dort für eine unserer Tochterfirmen zu arbeiten.

Problem:

Meine Freundin will für die Zeit mitgehen, bekommt aber wahrscheinlich nur ein Tourist-Visum für 90 Tage. Für mich gibt’s ein Arbeitsvisum.

Entweder wir heiraten vorher einfach noch – was einfach nur als Mittel zum Zweck dient – oder wir veranstalten alle 90 Tage einen Visa-run.

Bitte um Lösungen!! Mit Sicherheit gibt’s da draußen zahlreiche Fälle dieser Art. Ich muss in den nächsten Wochen eine Entscheidung treffen: Entweder es ist für beide möglich, oder es geht gar keiner.

Please excuse if I ask the same question that was probably asked many times before. I did some research, but could not find anything which could answer my questions.

Situation:

I would have a job proposal to work as an expat for one of companies in Seoul for two years.

Problem:

I would get a working-visa with no problem. But it seems like, that my girlfriend only gets a 90-day tourist visa. One solution would be a marriage – which was not really planed -, or we will do a visa-run every 90 days.

I hope that someone is out there that had the same problem. I need to make a decision within the next couple of weeks. Either we both go, or no one of us goes!
