Looking for a hotel in Seoul

Hi, just a question about getting a hotel near Duksung Women's University in Seoul.  I don't know the area well but I just need to stay overnight one night in June.  Any recommendations?

Hey,

Check out this website. http://www.hotelwide.net/english/main.asp

It's a great help, and they have an English hotline, too.  (You need to use Internet Explorer.)  However, I stayed in that area back in December.  It's kind of a strange area.  For Seoul, there isn't much around there.  There are plenty of motels, and the hotels aren't that nice.  I paid for a hotel, but it wasn't worth it.  I felt like I should have saved 40,000won and got a motel.

thanks

I just wasn't sure how busy that neighbourhood was as I will be arriving at night and didn't want to spend the evening searching.

Thanks for the website though, I will give that a shot. .

You can actually find a pretty decent 'love motel' for about $40 (40,000 won).  You can literally show up and just find one.  They'll let you see the room as well before you buy in.  Also, check into Hostels as well.  They're pretty good on a budget  (just not Lee & No... horrible experience there).

Re: Looking for a hotel in Seoul

If I am correct this is not far from Seoul Station which has a large sauna right behind it called Siloam.  From what I can tell this place is run by a church so it is a little bit different from other saunas.  It was certainly worth the price with very courteous staff.
