They did just change it so that E21 is private academy and E22 is public school. So that could be it, but no idea.
Fixed the mistake (I put F21 etc). However for an F2b you have to be an unmarried dependant of a Korean Permanent Resident under 21, so unless you are a G-Pyo K-Pyo, unlikely. Even then I doubt you would be teaching at that age.
