I just donated some today. There is a volunteer agency in Dayeon that takes used clothing. Take the subway to Dayeon and go out exit 4. It's on the 7th floor of the building that is immediately to your right. Turn right when you come out of the elevator.
Any major apartment complex
Pretty much every apartment complex has a Salvation Army 'bin' to put them in. It's normally big and green and near the recycling / trash area.

Bah, my building doesnt have one, and it's pretty new, so we don't have a designated trash bin area.
