I gave my I-phone 3Gs to my daughter. After that, I couldn't update my apps on my I-phone 4s.
(1) When I try to update my apps, my old id comes up. But the problem is that I have a new id so when I try to enter the pw for my old id, it isn't accepted.
What can I do?
(2) Also, how can I upload content from my PC to I-Cloud?

1. Go to Settings.
2. Scroll down to find "store"
3. Tap on "apple ID" and choose "Sign out"
4. You'll have to sign in to your old apple ID anytime you want to update the apps you've purchased/downloaded from that account. If this is the first time you'll be signing in under the old ID , you might be asked if you want to authorize the new 4s phone under your ID. If prompted, accept.
5. Having two IDs is a kind of a hassle with signing out and signing in again everytime. There isn't really a way around it since you want to give your daughter your old acct. If this is just because you want her to feel like she has her own account, save yourself the time and continue using your old ID and password. Or if it doesn't bother you, then carry on!
As for iCloud~
I have a Mac, which integrates iCloud more seamlessly. Use this link for step-by-step instructions:

On your ipone, you must select icloud in settings and choose which options you want it to sync with your computer. This is fairly straight-forward. Hope this helps~ give me a shout if you need more info~
