Any sane and decent alternatives to Kangsan Travel?

I'm tempted to get lazy and fall back on my tired routine of dealing with the incompetence over at Kangsan travel to book a flight with cash. Before I resort to that petty b.s., does anyone have a suggestion for an alternate English-speaking travel agency? I'd grately appreciate any info. Thanks in advance!

Yep. Hana Tour located within Bexco main building. The main lady there is very friendly and speaks excellent English.

They only arranged my Chinese visa for me, but charged me absolutely nothing for the service.

Here is their advert from Haps. Hopefully the Koreabridge boss doesn't mind me promoting a rival publication!

My friend highly recommends SOHO travel agency, based in Seoul.  He's dealt with them over the phone and through their website and he claims they are very efficient and courteous.  Anyone have any experience with them?

I have found that if you just need an airfare you can walk into any travel agency and buy a ticket.  The workers are interested in travel so at least one is bound to have some English.  I try to stick to the major chains after horror stories of Zennith in Itaewon.  If you have a modicum of Korean ability www.nextour.co.kr is hard to beat.

Kangsans refusal to take credit cards kills them in my book, their prices certainly cover the credit card merchant fee.
