If you have been working in an academy unregistered, illegally you can be deported. I would be surprised if you could legitimately, or be registered by a hagwon.  I do not think you are a native speaker.

Hello, Thanks for your comment. I was working as a TA, and my position didn't include teaching job. So, that was 100% legal, since I got VISA permission. I am allowed to work as a part-timer. What I am looking for is a position connected with English language learning. However, it doesn't mean that I want to teach it. I was thinking of teaching assistant job, as I did previously.

Teacher assistants typically do the following: Reinforce lessons presented by teachers by reviewing material with students one-on-one or in small groups. Enforce school and class rules to help teach students proper behaviour. Help teachers with recordkeeping, such as tracking attendance and calculating grades.

I am doubtful as to your claim, to be frank. I don't think you would get visa permission for teaching, assisting, working at an English Institute when a Korean could do that job. Maybe at a University, but not in a Hakwan. I do not think you have permission to work in a hakwan even part-time. Those might be immigration regulations you mean, but they are not the Board of Education requirements. If it was so simplistic, nobody would need all the junk to get a job. Hakwans would only hire students. I am sorry, I think what you have posted earlier, and now said is misleading.

No! I live here. You obviously don't. This is my life and future. This is the life of others working here with families. This is the life of Korean and Korean Insitiutes here. The people who say that are people with no responsibilities, no mortgages, sick kids and familes usually. So, I will keep reminding people of the rules if you do not mind. The type of person doing illegal work and privates make me sick. You would not have the cohones to do it back home. Breaking the law is no problem here until you get caught, then you will understand. I will remind people of the laws and rules, the regulations. It is the right thing to do for me, others and them.
