Looking for yoga or meditation classes?
Do you need a way to relieve stress? Quiet your mind? Stretch your body after an intense work out or lots of sitting? Do you need a more gentle form of exercise because you're recovering from an injury or returning to exercise after some time off?
Yoga and meditation can help you with all of this and more! I am a certified yoga teacher located in Busan. I have a few offerings you might be interested in:
**weekly group yoga classes via Zoom (join live or request a recording) download the Good Elephant app and find my class--mindful movement + meditation--every Thursday 10 AM KST. Pay what you can classes are available.
**small group (2-4) instruction for a small group of students with similiar goals. Classes will be tailored to the group's interest and abilities. Great for those who want more than group classes but can't afford private sessions. one month mimimum. I have space for 2 small groups.
**private sessions--one on one sessions specifically designed for the individual. Great for those who have specific questions and want to deepen their yoga, meditation, and/or spiritual practice. one month minimum. I have space for 2 students.
