Looking for Korean Business Partner for Recruiting Business

Printer-friendly version

Hi Everyone!

I am looking for a business partner to manage the Korean side of a recruiting business for American and Canadian teachers to work at hogwans in Busan. I ran this business while in Korea for 3 years with great success, and would like to start it up again with the right connection. The profit % of revenue is high, and this can start easily as a second job - 3-10 hours per week while gaining a client base. From what I've seen, having one American and one Korean in running this business is a huge strategic advantage.

Please contact me if you are interested. You can reach me at cameron.tobey@gmail.com. I will download Kakaotalk as well, but need a Korean partner to gain a Korean Skype number which will be essential to the business.

Excited to get started! I know a little Korean but not enough to converse...If I find the right partner, I will take a week to come to Korea to plan and organize the business together. I know how to run it, but need a Korean with great customer service ability, connections to hagwons, and someone who can translate some materials.

I am also very interesteed in running a Korean summer camp here in Denver, CO, USA, and that could be a great add on to this business!

Hope to hear from you soon!

Cameron

Re: Looking for Korean Business Partner for Recruiting Business

Hi.

I read your ad on Koreabridge which attracted me a lot.

First of all, let me tell you briefly about myself. My name is Charlie Kim, a Korean citizen and  I have taught English at a Hakwon called ESS in Kwangbok dong for over 30 years but i quit teaching last year.

I studied in  Long Island University, New York back in 1984 and 1985.

I was wondering if you are looking for someone who is financially capable of investing some cash in your business. Unfortunately, I can not afford to invest at all.

However, I'm eager and have been diligent at work and  i have never missed a single day teaching at the hakwon.

 So what do you say?

Best wishes.
