Vlog Entry #20: One EPIK Year in Review

Tomorrow marks my last day as an English teacher with EPIK. Without a doubt, this year was full of the biggest challenges I’ve ever faced, but also the greatest adventures and people. As Avicii says in this video’s song: “All this time I was finding myself, and I didn’t know I was lost.”

Vlog Entry #19: The Countdown Begins

In just 34 days, my time in Korea will have officially come to a close! As part of the countdown, you’re invited to submit any and all questions you have about my experience this year! It can be related to teaching, traveling, living in Korea or anything else…within reason. Write in the comments section below and each day I’ll answer one question!

Vlog Entry #18: Finding Nathan

Happy Father’s Day to the best dad I could ever hope for! Dad, thank you for your endless love and support, and for giving me all the tools I’ve needed to succeed during this crazy adventure I’ve been on. I may be 12,000 miles away for now, but soon I’ll be using that compass you gave me before I left to find my way home. I love you so much.

Vlog Entry #17: Hey Seoul Sister

I would apologize for the obvious song choice, but I don’t want to! ‘Couldn’t help myself!

Vlog Entry #16: Beaches, Boats and Bikes in Thailand

I finally got around to stringing together the footage from my 10-day trip to Koh Lanta and Bangkok this past February! From the beautiful beaches, to the beat-up boats, to the bumpy bicycle rides, Thailand was full of character and adventure!

Vlog Entry #15: Ziem Reap

For part of my winter vacation this year I traveled to Cambodia. Exploring the ancient ruins throughout Siem Reap made me feel like I was walking through a post apocalyptic world! So to bring out that zombie-like quality, I’ve used Imagine Dragons’ song “Radioactive” as the theme music here! Enjoy the video!

Vlog Entry #12: Student Video Projects

In another post I explain a little bit more about how these awesome videos came into the world. So if you want to learn more, you can check that out. Othewise I’ll just get out of your way and let you enjoy yourself!

A comedic introduction to some of the sports students practice at my school.
