Korean Make Up Trash, Treat or Stash: Innisfree VS Etude House Sparkly Nail Varnish

Trash, Treat or Stash. The Korean make-up products I've discovered are better off in the bin, the ones you should treat yourself to every now and again, and the ones that are so good that you should definitely make sure you have a stash of them.

Colours, Colours, Colours! A Good Vibes Post for My First Two Weeks Back in Ireland.

I’ve been back in Ireland for approximately two weeks. I promise that during this post I will not mention the weather too much. All I can say is that it has been unseasonal.

When we return to Ireland we spend most of time in my parents home and my old stomping ground, Beechdale in Dunboyne. At the best of times it’s a fairly ordinary housing estate on the outskirts of Dublin, albeit in County Meath. We also managed to get down to Kerry for a few days, to show the visitors around (the visitors being Herself’s oul pair who are over here with us).

Well, we’ve been doing plenty of touristing around here (yes there are some things worth doing) and also down in Kerry. It has been a good few weeks.

June

I can't believe how quickly June flashed by. It had its ups and downs, but we're into July now, and very much into the rainy season here in Korea. Only two more weeks and I am on a well deserved holiday to Beijing and Kuala Lumpur. I cannot wait! Here is what I got upto in June...

Daiso Nose pack
Trash, Treat or Stash, my bi weekly Korean Make-Up product feature continued this month. I gave my first Trash status to Daiso's Nose Clean Packs, see how Etude House's Real Cleansing Oil did .

Etude House Oh m'Eye Lash Mascara
I have noticed that this has started to be a review of Etude House's products, probably partially because of how they present the shop and the products, and partly because I haven't had a bad experience with anything from the company yet. I'll review other products from other brands when I use them, I promise!!!

Out with Google Reader, In with Bloglovin'

Google Reader's a little tool that allowed people to show their support for this blog. But, it has finally closed down this week, which means that you can't follow any of your favourite blogs via Google anymore.

bloglovin

I tried Bloglovin' after hearing it mentioned from lots of bloggers that I trust, and have to admit that it's alot better for both bloggers and their readers.

May

May's been a quiet month where I've really been trying to watch my spending. The faster the months go past, the more I realise I need to save, ready for the next adventure after I leave Korea. Here's what we got upto:

All of us together
May was the month that my group of friends decided to explore Namhae Island and the Wineglass Festival. A long weekend to celebrate Buddha's Birthday can't be bad. The company was great, but the festival not so much!

The Colors of Korea: Pink!

I mentioned last week that I was taking part in a project which celebrates how colourful Korea is. Mimsie from Seoul Searching got a group of bloggers together, told us all to pick one colour, and explore what the colour symbolises in Korea.

♥ Cute Korea: DIY Craft Kits

Korean crafts
I love the DIY craft sets that I see in lots of Korean shops. I couldn't resist this when I saw it hanging on the shelf of one of our local tat shops. Tash and I call them tat shops as they're packed to the brim with stuff that you don't really need, but as soon as you see it, you find yourself searching for an excuse to buy it. Usually they sell cheap stationary, bags, jewellery, sweets and knick knacks. Hours of my life have disappeared while I look around these shops and drool over everything. I'm surprised that I haven't been bankrupted by these shops yet!
