Forget the treadmills and barbells. Forget the stuffy gym. This isn't your usual workout. THIS. IS. ZUMBA. Whether you're a Zumba pro or a total newbie, come out dance! Because, on top of the easy-to-follow dance moves, YOU decide the intensity. It's your work out, make it work for you.
Dance like crazy people. Get fit. Have fun.
Time: 6:30 - 8 **
NOTE: The class will run for about 90 minutes (as requested by the company!). At one hour, we will stretch and take a short water break. If you want to leave at one hour (like most Zumba classes), you are totally welcome to leave here. After the break, we will warm up again, and do combination of stretching, dancing, and also strength training/bootcamp before cooling down around 8PM.
What to wear: Comfy workout clothes, and sneakers
