Howdy hashers,

I'm just going to call it: The hash this past week was officially awesome. We got to name someone ("Cheehleadeh Beeh"), we drank, we made friends, we had ajumas erase our trail. It was fantastic.

The next trail, hared by Just Rebecca and Just James, will be just as awesome. Or it will suck. Either way, there will be beer.

Heres the details:

On Sunday (2/7) we're playing another game of ultimate frisbee in Namcheon. The last game was a lot of fun so I encourage everyone to come out. We found a really nice, soft astro-turf field near the Namcheon subway station that is perfect for ultimate....definitely beats the dirt fields more commonly found here. All skill levels are welcome.

Namcheon station (#211), take exit 2. At street level turn around and walk 1/2 block to "Coffee Trinity", turn right. Walk up this street for a minute and you'll see the field on your right.

Game starts at 2 so hope to see you there!

 To anybody and everybody: There's a game of Ultimate Frisbee going down this Saturday (1/30)  at 2 in Namcheon. There's already a thread going about this game but I wanted to put this up to remind anyone who's considering it to come out and have some fun. Don't worry if you've never played ultimate before, all skill levels are welcome.

Hopefully, the coldest days of winter are behind us! It's time to stop hibernating and start moving.

Shanthi Ashtanga Yoga Studio will be hosting an open house at our yoga center in Pusandae on January 30th. We will be holding a free yoga class, a mysore/ashtanga demonstration, delicious food and an awesome raffle. Join us for some or all of the event!
