A second opening weigh-in was added to accomodate the needs of participants. Tomorrow, Sunday 2/28, is the final chance to get on board.

Interested- come to Jangjeon station at 5pm to weigh-in. Buy in is 60,000 won which goes into a pot to be split between the highest weight loss by percentage to the top man and woman participant.

The Ha Ha Hole-Comedy Night

Entertain, be entertained, or both at Busan's only monthly comedy night.  The first Friday of every month Crossroads turns into a comedy club.  All acts are welcome: stand-up, funny songs, sketches, shaving on stage, hamster bathing, you name it.  Show starts at 10:00pm.  Recently moved from downstairs at  SoulTrane to upstairs at Crossroads to accommodate a larger and better looking audience.  Arrive early for a good seat and rest your laugh muscles with a drink before the show begins.  Fantastic drink specials all night.  Remember The Ha Ha Hole happening at 10:00pm every first Friday of the month at Crossroads in PNU.  No prizes awarded to the best dressed 

U.S. Consular Visit to Busan

 Officials from the Embassy's American Citizen Services Unit will offer consular services in Busan on February 23-24, 2010.  A Consular Officer will be available from 1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. on February 23 and from 9:00 a.m.–noon on February 24 at the American Presence Post, Lotte Gold Rose Building (also known as the Job Center Building), #150-3, Yangjung-dong, Busanjin-gu, Room No. 612.

 American citizens will be able to apply for U.S. passports, additional visa pages in their current passports, Consular Reports of Birth Abroad, and Social Security cards, and notarial services will be offered.  Information will also be available regarding voting, federal benefits, and registration with the Embassy.  Any questions about requirements should be directed by email to seoulinfo@state.gov.
