English Speaking Doctor Gwanganli (simple clinic)

Anyone know a good English speaking doctor around Gwanganli?

Most Koreans have recommended I go to the hospital, but all I have is a simple flu. I just want a simple prescription to get rid of this nasty illness and going to the hospital seems a bit extreme.
Also my local hospital (Good An Hospital) charges 50,000w for a consultation, which seems a bit much. I don't have health insurance.

I get the impression that here everyone just goes to the hospital no matter how simple or severe their ailment is? Are there no simple clinics here that just treat the small stuff?

Pharmacy overcharging ?

I am wondering if this is overcharging ?  In the Seomyeon area  i have bought two products with a huge price difference ,

1) Lamasol      price range 4000 w - 8000 \

2) Bactrobin  price range    2000 w - 4000 w

In my thinking pharmacies are not regular stores and would charge in a normal pricing system

I know at some stores I can buy Cethaphil Lotion for 10 000  but others charge 1 7 000

Chiropractor in Busan

Hi

Im looking for a qualified chiropractor in Busan who speaks fair English (as i need to get the problem I am experiencing with my neck across). I live in Dongnae but I'm happy to travel to other area's in Busan to him/her as long as they are qualified.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Diabetic traveler looking to work in Korea with Q's on medical check!!

I'm considering traveling to Korea to teach English. I've had many friends who've had this experience and loved it but did not have any medical concerns. I am an insulin-dependent diabetic and have spoken with my endocronologist here in the states about traveling - on our end, we've mostly figured out how this will work if I were to teach abroad.
