There is a form that you have to fill out to report your international income. If you don't you may have trouble when you get home and try to get a job. (you know that companies look into that kind of stuff ) You don't pay anything you just claim international income. My mom is a tax consultant and she will email me the information the you have to do and I will repost it on here for you when I get the email.

Form 1040 Individual tax return, and the following additional forms:

Form 2555 Foreign Earned Income (3 or 4 pages, showing I qualified for all income to be excluded, the maximum foreign income exclusion is 91,500)

Form 8917 Tuition & Fees Deduction (because I received Form 1098-T from AIU Online for the master's program classes).

Hope this helps. Good luck with everything!

I  was wondering that figure of 91 000   is for a yearly amount or over a few years .?  If a teacher could make that much no need to ever go back to usa right ?   I think only can make that big money in dubai if one is really a qualified teacher    lol
